RETURNS & REFUNDS – Complete peace of mind

At Wild in Nature, we take pride in the quality of our own products and the brands we choose to work with. Every item is checked with care before it leaves us, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right for you.


Our 30-Day Promise

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to let us know. Once we’ve confirmed the return with you via submission photographs of the damage / faults and received authorisation from our support team, simply send it back in the original packaging and we’ll either:

  • Send you a replacement free of charge

  • Or refund your order in full (including the return delivery cost)


Changed your mind?

If you’d like to return something for any other reason, we can accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unopened

  • In pristine, resellable condition

  • In the original packaging with seals intact

If we believe an item has been used or is not in its original condition, we won’t be able to offer a refund.


How to arrange a return

Please email our friendly team at support@bewildinnature.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • Your name and postcode

  • A brief note explaining the reason for return

Once we’ve confirmed the return, pop the same details inside the package to help us process it quickly.


Sending your return

We don’t cover the cost of returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. You’re welcome to use any courier, but we recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and keeping the proof of postage, just in case.

When we receive your return

Once your return reaches us, we’ll process it as quickly as possible. Refunds are issued automatically, and replacements are sent straight out if agreed.

If it’s been more than 10 working days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please drop us a message at support@bewildinnature.co.uk and we’ll chase it up right away.
